  • Manage the full procurement cycle: outreach, bid collection, proposal, close, and onboarding
  • Maintain long-term client relationships with renewal monitoring and annual re-bids

  • Prepare bid packages, supplier RFPs, and proposal comparisons for client accounts

New procurement engagements come in weekly. Each one involves collecting usage data, submitting to suppliers, managing the bid process, and presenting options to the client.

Market analysis
Daily market read

Futures settlement, ISO market data, storage reports, weather forecasts — the team tracks what's moving the market and translates it into actionable client guidance.

Client portfolio
Long-term relationships

Most clients have 12–36 month contracts that require renewal management. The portfolio grows over time as clients renew and refer new accounts — high intrinsic value per relationship.

Supplier network
90+ active relationships

We maintain active relationships with suppliers across all markets. Knowing which suppliers are hungry for new accounts — and which aren't — is a real competitive advantage.
